No, not at this time. We offer premium services for PC to regular phone calling at extremely attractive per minute rates.

Yes!. If using your keyboard, be sure the mouse cursor in in the dialed number window. If using your mouse, just open the dialer's number pad and click on the numbers.

Will this service work with DSL or Cable modems?
Yes, with cable modems and DSL modems, including most dial-up connections .

How do I make a call?
Simply enter in the digits you wish to dial by clicking the digits on the SnapTel Phone or you may type in the number. If calling the U.S. enter a "1" in front of the number. All others, just enter the country code. Do not enter "01" or "011". Subsequently, click the 'Dial' button and the call will begin.

I can hear the phone party but they can not hear me. What should I do?
This is symptomatic of a firewall blocking the necessary tcp/ip ports. If you have a firewall or you are calling from work and are receiving this error, please click here to view our section regarding firewalls.

How do I hang up?
After clicking the dial button, it should transition to 'Hang up'. Simply click on it to terminate the call.
