Most Common Error and Fix

The most common error can be resolved very easily. If you are having a problem logging in or experience a problem with voice quality, check to be sure you do not have ANY PC to PC chat programs or PC to Phone programs running in memory. You will know if one of the programs is running in memory if you see it's icon in the task bar on the lower right side of your window. You can usually right-click the icon to exit the program.
