Most common errors can be resolved very easily. First, try clicking the refresh button located at the top of your browser.

When using The SnapTel Cell Phone try to turn it on again - this will refresh the phone.

Some users have their browsers or proxy servers set to cache graphics and pages. This may cause those users to be viewing an older version of that particular page. By clicking the refresh button, you will be ensuring your browser has the latest version.
